Mr. Ireland has been actively engaged in the appraisal of industrial, commercial governmental and institutional properties since 1960. As Vice President and Field Project Manager Harry has responsibility for the completion of major valuation studies.
Supervisory experience relates to appraisal projects conducted for such purposes as insurance, sale, merger and acquisition, allocation of purchase price, depreciation and useful life studies, taxation and other financial or management requirements for clients of various sizes throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Central America, and Europe.
