Annum being served as a senior executive with a national appraisal firm, leading that firm's fixed asset consulting group. Clients served by Mr. Miller and his practice included the nation's largest healthcare systems, world renowned teaching hospitals, testified on asset values before various federal regulatory boards, the Internal Revenue Service, and federal bankruptcy courts.
