Cheryl Worthy-Pickett has been in the appraisal industry since 1987 with a concentration
on the valuation of commercial or incoming producing assets. Her real estate valuation
experience includes hospitals, industrial, medical office buildings, apartment complexes,
retirement facilities, schools, churches, government building and land. Ms. Worthy-Pickett
has prepared these valuations for allocation of purchase price, acquisitions, collateral
support for financing, estate planning, property tax disputes, divestitures, insurance
and internal management decision making.
Ms. Worthy-Pickett is a certified real estate appraiser within the state of Georgia.
